The store

MAISON NOIRE sells authentic designer and niche fragrance sourced from vetted US distributors. Product images and notes are provided for guidance; packaging may vary slightly by production batch. "Tester" bottles are clearly labeled — same juice, plain packaging, no cap or cellophane.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example if an item oversold or a listing contained an error. Placing an order means you agree that all sales are final (see Shipping & Returns for the damaged-arrival exception).

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we're registered to collect it.

Liability

Fragrances are personal-care products — patch-test before full use and keep away from children. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.
