Shipping

Every order ships within 24 hours of payment (Mon–Sat). You'll receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping is a flat $6.95 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $75. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Bottles are packed in protective wrap inside rigid boxes — fragrance travels safely or it doesn't travel at all.

All sales are final

Because fragrance is a personal-care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a bottle leaves the house, it can't come back — this keeps every bottle we sell factory-sealed and untouched.

The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Authenticity guarantee

Every piece is sourced from vetted US distributors and hand-verified before it ships — batch codes checked, packaging inspected. If a bottle we sold you is ever shown to be inauthentic, we'll refund you in full. Full stop.
